They offer farms and gardens as an amenity to residential and commercial buildings and provide the service to operate the farms. Green Food Solutions also provide training so that people can operate the farm themselves and offers planning and design of your farm or garden, as well as our farm service to residential buildings, communities, individuals, chefs, restaurants, offices, co-working spaces, hotels, resorts, schools, universities, all to provide the freshest, tastiest, sustainable and local food to residents.
UJA Federation of New York
UJA Federation of New York funds a network of hundreds of nonprofits and seed grassroots organizations that can work individually and together to respond to ongoing challenges and emerging issues.
UJA has three main strategic planning priorities: they care for people in need and strengthen Jewish life by investing in organizations and specific projects that enhance our work in areas like poverty, employment, mental health, deepening Jewish identity, and building the Jewish community. The UJA Federation NY responds to crises near and far by allocating emergency dollars to bring urgent relief to those on the ground and aid long-term recovery.
The Lady of Hope Ministries
The Ladies of Hope Ministries (The LOHM) is working to end the crisis of poverty and the incarceration of women and girls. The LOHM offers safe housing, reentry support, and advocacy programs grounded in the lived experiences, insights, and ideas of people with direct, lived experience with the criminal justice system. The LOHM was founded, led, operated by, and serves primarily women of color who understand the value and importance of new approaches to addressing behaviors that may arise as responses to trauma and violence.
The women they meet every day have various service needs that range from basic survival, such as safe shelter and food, employment and long-term sustainability in the community, and spiritual and existential needs.
YM&YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood
Established in 1917, the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood (the Y) is Northern Manhattan’s premier Jewish community center — serving an ethnically and socio-economically diverse constituency — improving the quality of life for people of all ages through critical social services and innovative programs in health, wellness, education, and social justice, while promoting diversity and inclusion, and caring for those in need.
MMCC
MMCC is a vital community resource that changes the course of lives of Bronx and Manhattan residents to a degree not otherwise possible. Each year, they serve more than 35,000 preschoolers, school age children, teens, adults and senior citizens through our support, enrichment, education and recreation programs, expanding their opportunities to live full, productive lives.

LivinGreen was established in 2009 by a biological team to promote the field of Hydroponics and Aquaponics in Israel and over the world, from domestic and educational systems to commercial systems.
Over the years, the company has been involved in many projects worldwide, including projects in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, planning and manufacturing food systems for private homes in developing countries, and introducing advanced ecological and agricultural systems into schools. These systems are excellent for educating future generations about a clean and sustainable environment.
Sindyanna of Galilee
Sindyanna is a unique non-profit organization led by a team of Arab and Jewish women working to create social change from the ground up.
The organization offers access to education and economic opportunities, alongside agricultural and financial advice, to Arab women and some 200 local Arab olive oil producers from Galilee, forming an essential platform for change.
Sindyanna ignites economic activity, enables Jews and Arabs to support each other in the process, and brings it full circle to empower women to be at the forefront of creating social cohesion and supporting Arab communities.
